LHOF coordinates orchestra performances every season for fundraising to support our programs

The ensemble now consists of 13 LHOF youth members

(2 cellists, 6 violinists, 1 flutist, 1 clarinetist, 2 pianists, and 1 percussionist)

​

The majority of our ensemble members have been in the Florida Youth Symphony Orchestras for over 3 years each, playing concerts in renowned venues such as Bob Carr, Dr. Phillips Performing Arts Center, and Carnegie Hall

​

The members have also received countless numbers of superior ratings at Federation, even advancing onto state level competitions on multiple occasions such as MTNA

​

Furthermore, these young musicians have attended All-County and All-State conventions in their respective instruments, a few serving as the principals of their sections

​

The youth ensemble thoroughly loves performing and making music for the enjoyment of the FL community as well as fundraising for the benefit of children in need
